Items in the series:
 
Carnival fish - a unique blend of herbs and ground spices (paprika, pepper, and others) for seasoning fish. Instructions: add 2 Tbs of carnival fish seasoning to 2 Tbs of oil (preferably olive), blend well, and season the fish.
 
Carnival salad - a unique blend of ground herbs and spices, for seasoning all types of salads. Instructions: sprinkle over salad according to taste.
 
Carnival poultry - a unique blend of ground herbs and spices(garlic, paprika, etc...), for seasoning poultry. Instructions: for each tablespoon of seasoning add one tablespoon of oil and rub into the poultry.
 
Carnival meat - a unique blend of ground herbs and spices for seasoning meat. Instructions: for each tablespoon of seasoning add one tablespoon of oil and rub into the meat.
